We’re different from other hearing aid practices and audiologists because we are one-hundred percent focused on our patients. We have a fully equipped staff of hearing professionals who are all dedicated to your hearing health. It’s important to us that our team prioritizes our patients over sales. Meeting our patients needs is why people keep coming back to us and referring their friends and family.
When you come to Signature Hearing and Balance, we will work with you to find a solution for your hearing loss. We will find a treatment plan that will fit your lifestyle and budget, so you can get back to enjoying the sounds of life again. Instead of just trying to sell you the most expensive hearing aid, we will get to know you and help you manage your hearing loss in a way that is affordable and convenient for you. Our patients return to see us every year because we provide them with quality hearing care and never pressure them to buy hearing aids they don’t want.
When you first arrive for your appointment you’ll fill out your paperwork and patient in-take form while you wait. Your first appointment will consist of an initial evaluation to test your hearing and to show you different hearing aid options. We recommended bringing your spouse or a loved one with you to your first appointment. Often times a loved one can help you with the decision process and also provides you with a familiar voice.
